Özet
“Anestezi Uygulamalarında Güncellemeler” kitabımızda; Vajinal Doğumda Dural Ponksiyon Epidural Analjezi tekniğinin postpartum depresyon ve emzirme üzerine etkilerini, Yüksek Riskli Hastalarda Adduktör Kanal Blokajına kurtarma analjezisi olarak İntraoperatif dönemde Popliteal Blok eklenmesini, Kronik Obstrüktif Akciğer Hastalığında Anesteziyi, Torasik Omurga Cerrahisinde Anesteziyi güncel gelişmeler ışığında tartıştık. Bilimsel verilerin sürekli güncellenmesi ve Sağlık ve Teknoloji alanındaki gelişmeler, biz Anestezistler olarak bilgimizi yenilemeyi zorunlu kılmaktadır. Genel olarak anestezi uygulaması; Tüm cerrahi işlemlerde gerekli bir tıbbi uygulamadır. Anestezi dalı genel anestezi, rejyonal anestezi, nöroanestezi, obstetrik anestezi, kardiyak anestezi gibi birçok alt dala ayrılmaktadır. Kitabımızda güncellemeler yaparken bu alt dallardan bazılarına değinmeye çalıştık. Toplumda sağlık okuryazarlığının artması ve sağlık hizmetlerinin alımında sorgulayan bir toplumun ortaya çıkması nedeniyle her uzmanın güncel bilgiye sahip olması zorunlu hale gelmiştir. Bu nedenle Anestezi ile ilgili güncel bilimsel verilere sahip olmamız gerekmektedir. Bu kitap serimizi daha geniş kapsamlı olarak devam ettirmeyi ve Anestezinin tüm konularını bilimsel ve teknolojik veriler ışığında güncel konularımızı sizlerle paylaşmayı hedefliyoruz.
In our book “Updates in Anesthesia Practice”; We discussed the effects of Dural Puncture Epidural Analgesia technique in Vaginal Birth on postpartum depression and breastfeeding, adding Popliteal Block in the Intraoperative period as rescue analgesia to Adductor Canal Block in High Risk Patients, Anesthesia in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Anesthesia for Thoracic Spine Surgery in the light of current developments. Continuous updating of scientific data and developments in Health and Technology oblige us, Anesthesiologists, to renew our knowledge. Anesthesia application in general; It is a necessary medical practice in all surgical procedures. The branch of anesthesia is divided into many sub-branches such as general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, neuroanesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, cardiac anesthesia. We tried to touch upon some of these sub-branches while making updates to our book. Due to the increase in health literacy in the society and the emergence of a questioning society in the procurement of health services, it has become essential for every specialist to have knowledge of up-to-date information. For this reason, we need to have up-to-date scientific data about Anesthesia. We aim to continue this book series in a wider scope and to share with you our current topics in the light of scientific and technological data on all subjects of Anesthesia.
