Özet
Organik Kimya Laboratuvarı kitabı, lisans düzeyinde organik kimya laboratuvarı dersini alan öğrenciler için hazırlanmıştır. Kitap, laboratuvarda güvenlik kuralları, temel cihaz ve malzemelerin kullanımı, saflaştırma yöntemleri ve temel deneylerin uygulanışını kapsamaktadır. Laboratuvar güvenliği, risk sembolleri ve acil durum prosedürleri detaylı şekilde aktarılmıştır. Saflaştırma yöntemleri bölümünde erime noktası tayini, kristallendirme, damıtma (normal, fraksiyonlu, vakumlu, su buharı), süblimleştirme ve ekstraksiyon gibi teknikler anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca, deney raporu hazırlama, verim hesabı ve kurutma işlemleri açıklanmıştır. Kitapta aspirinin sentezi, sabun eldesi, esterleşme ve hidroliz, kromatografi (özellikle ince tabaka kromatografisi), aromatik bileşiklerin nitrolanması, indirgenmesi ve diazonyum tuzlarının hazırlanması gibi ileri deneylere de yer verilmektedir.
